Built to handle extreme commercial recovery, heavy plant transport, and severe military-grade operations, the Warrior T1000-25000 delivers an immense 25,000 lbs (11,340 kg / 11.3 tonnes) of pulling capacity.

Originally conceived as a military prototype and field-tested for the most demanding deployments, this 12V brute combines an 8.6 hp (6.4 kW) series-wound motor with a hardened 450:1 three-stage planetary gear system. Where standard recovery winches overheat, bog down, or suffer seal failure under prolonged load, the T1000 thrives in continuous, high-load work cycles.

Key Operational Advantages

• External Ratchet Brake: Unlike conventional recovery winches that house the brake mechanism inside the drum, the T1000 features a patented external ratchet brake. Isolating friction away from the core prevents drum heat transfer, preserving cable integrity and eliminating brake slip under full working load.

• IP68 Submersible Sealing: Rated to IP68 standards, both the primary motor housing and the electrical control box are completely sealed against fine silt, road salt, mud slurry, and prolonged water ingress.

• All-Weather Extreme Lubrication: Pre-packed with specialised low-temperature lithium grease, the mechanical gears remain fully mobile and lubricated from freezing sub-zero winter mornings up to intense summer tarmac operations.

• Heavy-Duty Galvanised Steel Wire: Supplied with 20 metres of high-tensile 13.8 mm steel cable paired with a solid 4-way roller fairlead, offering abrasion resistance when winching across rough beds, sharp edges, and coarse recovery terrains.

• Dual Control as Standard: Comes ready out of the box with both an industrial heavy-duty wired wander lead and a long-range wireless remote control for safe standoff positioning.
