All our shipping costs are based on Delivery to the Mainland United Kingdom (with exceptions below).

• £39.95 for Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of man
• £35.00 for Northern Ireland, BT, HS, TR21-25, ZE postcodes
• £35.00 for Ireland R93 postcodes
• £24.95 for Scotland (certain areas only see below)

• Please note – due to weight of the industrial winches the shipping prices shown may not be correct, please contact us before ordering for exact cost of shipping. In any case we will contact you prior to processing the order if there is a surcharge to the  shipping costs

Whilst we keep our  prices as low as possible delivery rates are dictated by carriers who set the charges. We try to get the best possible rates and will continue to update our rates on a regular basis. Orders are usually despatched within 2 – 3 days

Pay online with Credit/Debit Cards. Secure payments processed by Paypal

Pay by Phone with Credit/Debit card. Place order as normal and follow instructions at the end of checkout. (Phone payments Mon-Fri 9am-3.30pm)

RETURNS

We have a “no quibble” returns policy.

We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required.

Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full.

• The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
• We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
• Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
• Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed for a claim.

Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.

A return surcharge of up to 75% may be deducted from any items returned to us that we are unable to resell as new eg incomplete or damaged goods, not in original packaging. With all returns we do make a minimum 10% charge  for adminsitration/restocking
