The KXE12000 is built for operators who want the holding power of a worm drive with the flexibility of electric. 12V/24V, 7.4 hp (5.5 kW) series-wound motor and 581:1 worm gear ratio deliver strong, controlled pulls. Ideal for recovery trucks and flat-bed trailers where reliability and load-holding matter.
Worm Gear Drive & Mechanical Braking
The worm gear / wheel drive gives natural braking and secure load-holding. Mechanical, automatic lock braking adds safety. Copper alloy worm gear wheel is specified for abrasion resistance and high torque. Tapered bearings help keep alignment for smooth, long-lasting operation.
Modular Design & Cable
Modular design allows easier access for maintenance and repairs. Recommended cable: 13/32″ x 68.9′ (10.3mm x 21m), min breaking strength 102 kN. Drum 3.7″ x 7.8″ (93mm x 200mm). Weight 121.3 lb (55 kg) without cable.
