Built to Last: Fabricated from solid 5mm steel and finished with a durable, weather-resistant dark grey powder coating to withstand the harshest off-road environments.
Flush-Fit Mounting: The standard 254mm x 114mm winch mounting holes are positioned on pressed, raised sections. This allows bolt heads to sit completely flush underneath, making it straightforward to bolt or weld the plate directly onto any flat chassis or surface.
Integrated Fairlead Mount: The front leading edge features a heavy-duty return fold, pre-drilled and slotted to accommodate standard fairleads with 255mm hole centers.
Clean Cable Routing: Includes convenient, pre-drilled access holes to safely and neatly route your battery or solenoid cables away from moving parts.

⚠️ Important Fitment Limitations & Exclusions

ATV / UTV Winches: Does not support compact powersports winches, which require a much smaller mounting footprint (typically 76mm x 124mm).
Short-Drum Winches: Specialized narrow competition drums (e.g., Warrior Samurai 95DVA/S) use a modified short bolt pattern and are not direct drop-in fits.
Industrial Winches >15,000lbs: Heavy industrial dual-drum winches exceeding a 15k capacity often step up to an oversized 254mm x 165mm (or larger) bolt footprint and surpass this mounting plate's engineered physical load rating.
